Megan Beddoes
I am a member of the First Response Team for Moore Blatch Resolve and will probably be your first point of contact with the firm. My main duty is to ensure that you receive the best possible service when you contact Moore Blatch Resolve and that your claim commences as quickly as possible.
My work involves receiving personal injury referrals from a variety of sources, whether they are through our own website, or via one of the many other referral sources we work with. These referrals are for Road Traffic Accidents, Employers Liability, Public Liability, Serious Injury and Medical Negligence.
For Road Traffic cases, my role is to obtain all the relevant information about the accident from the client in order that the case can be vetted with a view to acceptance. If the claim is accepted, then I will arrange appointments for claims consultants to visit the client with the CFA ("No win, No fee") paperwork, and also book medical appointments as and when required.
As for other cases, I have to take relevant information from the client and then transfer the client directly to one of our experienced lawyers.
I also process the CFA paperwork that is sent to the client, and complete oral explanations to ensure that once the paperwork is received, the Client is aware as to how their case will progress.
