100% Compensation Awarded Following Accident On Narrow Country Road.
Our client was the driver of a vehicle travelling along a narrow country road when he was involved in a collision with an oncoming vehicle. Accidents on narrow country roads often settle on a 50/50 split liability basis but we were able to successfully argue that our client stopped or was on the point of stopping when he noticed the oncoming vehicle, made every effort to avoid a collision, there was sufficient time for the other driver to slow down or stop their vehicle, and that the other driver took no steps to prevent the collision occurring.
