Amputee Injury Claim
We acted for a client who was an amputee when he was injured in an accident. He suffered multiple injuries but significantly suffered an injury to the remainder of his previously amputated limb. A complicating factor was that the injury was likely to result in a further amputation of the limb. We were successful in recovering £500,000 for injuries and losses suffered in the accident.
