Broken Arm Suffered In Road Traffic Accident
Our client was a rear-seat passenger in a friend’s car. The driver lost control of the car and crashed into a barrier. Our client suffered a broken arm, whiplash and bruising. Her arm was quite seriously fractured and she underwent two operations and had a plate fitted.
At the time of the accident, our client was 24 years old and had just graduated from university. She had been applying for jobs in the finance sector. As a result of the accident her job applications were delayed by a year whilst she recovered and worked part-time.
Our client received £20,000 for her injuries including a sum for her loss of earnings and other expenses.
