Bus Passenger Recovers Damages For Personal Injury
Our client was a passenger on a bus and had alighted from her seat and moved from the front of the bus intending to alight from the bus at its next stop.
A motor vehicle being driven by the Defendant pulled across the path of the bus causing the bus to execute an emergency stop. As a consequence our client was thrown forwards and impacted with the windscreen of the bus.
