Camper Van Head On Collision
We acted for a client who was involved in a head on collision with a negligent third party whilst driving his camper van. The impact of the collision was such that unfortunately our client sustained an amputation to his leg. Through the instruction of appropriate experts including a prosthetic expert and housing expert we were able to secure a substantial settlement which provided for our client’s ongoing needs.
