Catastrophic Injuries In A Road Traffic Accident
We acted for a husband and wife who both sustained catastrophic injuries in a road traffic accident. Liability was secured in their favour. The wife sustained significant abdominal injuries requiring extensive surgery to her bowel. In addition she had to undergo an amputation of her right leg. The husband sustained a significant brain injury and serious orthopaedic injuries. Settlement for a seven figure was achieved.
