Claim Settled in 3 Months
The Client (C) was proceeding through lights that had just turned green when the party at fault (D) failed to stop at their lights that were red.
D collided with the driver side of C’s vehicle causing extensive damage to the side of C’s vehicle and causing soft tissue injuries to C’s neck and shoulders.
An admission of liability was obtained at an early stage after the accident and a medical examination arranged within 6 weeks of the start of claim where it was confirmed by the medical expert that C had minor soft tissue injuries that had lasted for 4-6 weeks post accident.
Due to the efficiency of C, this matter is ready to settle within 3 months of the start of the claim and D’s representatives have made a reasonable offer to settle the matter which is likely to be accepted shortly.
Therefore, C is happy to be receiving a cheque for just over £1000.00 in around 3 months from them instructing us to deal with this matter.
