Compensation Claim For Motorbike Accident
Our client was riding his motorbike, filtering alongside a heavy queue of traffic which was not moving. A car suddenly pulled out of a side road and stopped right in front of him. He had no time to brake and hit the car.
Our client suffered a broken ankle and a broken collarbone.
We wrote to the driver’s insurers, setting out our client’s claim. They admitted liability within two months and so we were able to start valuing his claim straight away.
