Compensation For Bus Passenger
We are acting for a client who was a passenger on a bus which was involved in an accident. Our client was thrown from her seat sustaining personal injuries when the bus she was travelling in collided with a car. Liability for the accident has been conceded by the insurers for the bus company. Our client is currently awaiting a medical examination to confirm the extent of her injuries and we are obtaining documentary evidence in support of her claim for loss of earnings as the client has been unable to work since the date of the accident, nearly 4 months ago, together with other ancillary expenses.
