Compensation For Neck And Back Injuries.

Back to Case Studies

A client who had a neck and back injury together with soft tissue injury to her hands and elbows was unable to care for her small children at home as she was a housewife. She had pre-existing medical conditions which meant that she was a sufferer of spinal and mobility problems. Her claim consisted of paid assisted care. The third party insurers initially refused to pay for this expense incurred. The client submitted payslips and statements from the carer which supported her claim and its validity. She settled the claim for her injury at £3800 and her care claim for at £6000.
