Compensation for personal injury at work
Our client was a glazier and had been working 4 metres up a ladder when it suddenly kicked out and he fell inwards. He landed flat onto a glass greenhouse and fell straight through. He landed on his left side sustaining injuries to his left foot, heel and leg. He also injured his right leg which had become twisted in the ladder as he fell. Our client was unable to return to gainful employment. His settlement was £130,000.
