Our client sustained injury in a road traffic accident causing her to sustain injury to her neck and shoulder. The injury prevented her from continuing with her employment as an illustrator and artist as she was unable to paint with very fine brushes because of her disability. Our client has produced illustrations for children’s books and for the music industry. Our client received £50,000.
