Compensation Sought For Injured Bus Passenger
We are acting for a client who was injured whilst she was a passenger on a bus. The bus was proceeding along the main road, when another vehicle failed to give way at a side road and pulled out in front of the bus. The driver attempted to avoid a collision by braking hard, which threw our client from her seat, into the bars on the seat in front, then throwing her backwards from her seat into another passenger. Our client has sustained impact injuries to her face, together with cuts, bruising and whiplash type symptoms. Our client was already seeking treatment for an earlier unrelated accident and we are now in the process of obtaining medical evidence which will correctly apportion our client's injuries relating to this accident.
