Our client is an instructor in pole vaulting who was training 2 athletes. He attempted a double somersault and came through the foam on the sides of the trampoline which were worn. He went through the foam and landed heavily on both feet injuring the tendons and ligaments in both legs. He may require reconstructive surgery and could be off work for 1 year
