Damages Awarded Due to Slip on Oil
We recovered £50,000 for our client who sustained a shoulder injury when she slipped on oil which had leaked onto the factory floor where she was working. Our client fell forward onto the handle of a spruce machine catching her shoulder and collar bone before falling to the floor. Unfortunately she damaged her ulnar nerve. However, we successful negotiated settlement of her claim to include future treatment and possible surgery to her shoulder.
