Damages Sought For Injured Bus Passenger
We are dealing with a claim for a bus passenger who was injured when the bus she was travelling on was involved in an accident with another vehicle. Our client was thrown from her seat and sustained various cuts and bruises. Our client also has a history of joint pains which have been exacerbated by the accident. Initial enquiries were made with both the car driver's insurers and the bus company's insurers and whilst liability was in question, the insurers for the bus company agreed to deal with our client's claim. We have arranged physiotherapy treatment for our client whilst arranging a medical examination and have now secured a full admission of liability from the insurers for the bus. Our client is still suffering from the effects of her injury and is continuing with a course of treatment whilst the medical evidence is finalised.
