Defective Paving
As our client walked home on the evening of her accident, she tripped on a defective kerb stone. This caused her to fall heavily to the ground and as a consequence she sustained an injury to her pelvis and loss of confidence.
Initially liability was disputed by the local Council. We were able to collate witness statements confirming that the area had been in a state of disrepair for sometime and despite numerous complaints nothing had been done about it.
