E-Coli Outbreak - Compensation Pursued For Infant.
We are acting on behalf of a 3 year old child who suffered acute renal failure and required a blood transfusion after visiting Godstone Farm in Surrey where there has been a recent, well publicised, E.coli outbreak. The outbreak and the subsequent handling of the situation is currently subject to an independent investigation. It is not yet clear whether the farm had the correct measures in place to minimise the risks of such infections spreading to members of the public. Arguments have also been raised as to why the farm remained open for so long after they became aware that visitors were falling ill with e-coli after visiting the farm
