Elderly Pedestrian Knocked Over
Our client was an elderly lady in her 80's. She was crossing the road when the third party reversed his vehicle into her, knocking her to the ground. Our client pursued a claim for personal injury compensation on a no win no fee basis. Liability was admitted.
