Falling From A Height
In August 2007 our client was working for the Defendant as a carpenter. He was employed to assist with assembling the roof of a new building. Whilst working, one of the roof panels on a crane became dislodged and pushed him and consequently causing him to fall approximately 10 metres onto a concrete floor. He sustained an injury to his left leg.
We arranged for our client to be seen by an orthopaedic consultant. The consultant examined our client and confirmed the extent of his injuries within a medical report. After negotiating with the Defendant’s solicitors our client received in excess of £50,000 for his injuries. We offered our client a no win no fee agreement and he received 100% of his compensation.
