Fatal Military Diving Accident
We recovered £370,000 for a client following the death of her husband. Her husband was a Navy diver who was killed in a manoeuvre in Scotland due to faulty equipment. We successfully pursued a claim against the MOD through the instruction of employment experts and forensic accountants who were able to persuade the MOD that our client's husband would have pursued a career in the Police Force when his commission with the Royal Navy ceased at age 40.
