Foot Injury At Swimming Baths.
We recovered £4,500 for our young client who sustained a nasty cut to his foot whilst on a school trip to his local swimming pool. He was in the shower area of the Swimming Baths preparing to use the swimming pool when he caught his foot on the edge of a broken tile against the back wall of the showers.
