M4 Fatal Lorry Accident
We recovered £195,000 for a client and her daughter following the death of her husband. This was a high profile accident involving 2 articulated lorries colliding on the M4 motorway. Our client hit into the rear of the third party's vheicle but we were able to show through expert evidence the third party was driving his vehicle at an exceptionally low speed due to the fact that he was fatigued through the ingestion of drugs/alchohol. We handled the claim through the criminal proceedings advising the client at all stages.
