Leading south coast law firm Moore Blatch Resolve, has selected Eclipse’s case management software to help manage its growing caseload following its restructure of the business.

This year has seen Moore Blatch create two separate limited liability partnerships; Moore Blatch Resolve LLP, which incorporates its highly successful Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence practice; and Moore Blatch LLP, which encompasses the firm’s professional services.

Moore Blatch Resolve now boasts the largest team of its type in the South-East region, and as a result it has selected Eclipse’s Proclaim system to manage its growing caseload. The firm selected the Eclipse system for an initial tranche of 60 users, and is also implementing the Proclaim Accounts system to provide an integrated practice management toolset.

John Davies, chief executive at Moore Blatch Resolve, comments: “The marketplace for legal services is changing, and law firms have to be several steps ahead to maintain their competitive edge. Restructuring Moore Blatch enables us to provide sharp focus on our core services, and essential to this focus is the use of a powerful and flexible case and process management system.

“Due to the changing nature of our business, it is vital that we work with a firm that is aligned with the new era of legal and client service provision, and Eclipse’s Proclaim is a fantastic platform on which to build Moore Blatch Resolve’s success!”

Damian Horan, head of legal practice at Moore Blatch Resolve, says: “Due to the increasing volumes of work we are experiencing we needed a reliable system that was tailored to our requirements. Eclipse’s Proclaim allows us to continue to provide a seamless and efficient service to our clients.”
