Motorcycle Accident

Back to Case Studies

Our client was a young man in his early twenties.  In July 2007 he was crossing a road at a pedestrian crossing when he was hit by a motorcyclist.

Our client was taken straight to hospital by paramedics, he was examined and x-rays were taken.  The Claimant sustained a fracture to his right clavicle, multiple grazes and abrasions and a deep laceration to his chin.  The medical expert confirmed that our client would not suffer from any long term affects as a result of the accident.

The Defendant’s insurers admitted liability for our client’s accident in September 2008.

Our client was awarded £18,000.00 in full and final settlement of his claim for his injuries and financial losses.
