Nasty Whiplash Injury
Our client’s car was struck by a passing HGV. Our client suffered a whiplash type injury which was slow to resolve despite intensive treatment. Our client’s employment was also affected.
Liability was admitted at an early stage, but settlement was held up by medical issues. After extensive negotiations the claim eventually settled at £65,000 damages, plus full legal costs.
