Rear End Shunt Road Traffic Accident
Our client was the driver of a vehicle involved in a rear shunt. He suffered from severe upper back and severe chest pain. He also had lower back pain with pins and needles and loss of sleep. Following the accident he consulted his GP and was referred for physiotherapy and had 4 sessions of treatment. Due to the severity of the pain, the client had to work at home and was restricted in housework and domestic duties. He was unable to attend the gym and undertake running as he is a keen charity runner. He was preparing for a 10km run. The claim settled for £2674.
