Road Accident On Bicycle
We act for a client who was involved in a road traffic accident whilst riding his bicycle. Our client was proceeding around the roundabout when a driver failed to observe our client and entered the roundabout driving straight into our client, throwing him into the air. Our client sustained severe bruising, grazing and contusions, together with damage to his bicycle, clothing and other personal effects. We are currently awaiting a response from the Defendant's insurers regarding liability but do not anticipate any dispute.
