RTA Passenger Claim
The Claimant was a 30 year old lady who suffered with physical and learning disabilities.
She was a passenger in her support workers car. They were stationary at a Give Way sign when the Defendant collided into the rear of their vehicle.
The Claimant immediately suffered from neck, back and shoulder pain and was taken to hospital where she received an injection for the pain.
The Claimant was diagnosed with a whiplash injury and the medical expert advised that the Claimant receive physiotherapy which we organised for her on a private basis.
The Claimant’s claim settled for £2,200.00.
