Settlement Secured Where Third Party Jumps Red Light
We have recently settled a claim whereby our client sustained multiple injuries in an RTA which occurred when a third party jumped a red light at a junction and collided with the front drivers side of our client’s vehicle. The injuries resolved between 2 days and 8 months from the date of the accident. These injuries included whiplash to the neck, right arm, upper back and anxiety.
Aspects of his daily life were affected for a period of time, i.e. playing sport and interacting with his young daughter.
We managed to secure £2175.00 for a 8 months injury and all specials were agreed.
