Student suffers serious back injury
Our client was working at a retail outlet and she was asked to lift and carry a heavy urn. In doing so she sustained injury to her back. In addition to her back injury our client has suffered significant urological damage which has had the effect of delaying her university studies by 3 years and has therefore delayed her employment in the field of TV and film production.
